An attorney submits a case
They describe what they need and which specialty it calls for. A physician reads every request before it goes anywhere — a check that it's clear and complete, so what reaches you is worth reading.
You get an email, only if you match
The specialty, the state, a short description of the case, and how soon they need someone.
Interested, or not interested
One click, straight from the email. Not interested ends it. Interested takes you in to confirm your CV and fee schedule are current — nothing is sent until you do.
The attorney takes it from there
They get your name, your CV, your fee schedule, and how to reach you. They contact you directly and retain you directly. Expert Retainer isn't in the middle of it.
